This policy explains what information Raak Photo collects, how it’s used, and your rights regarding that information. It applies to this website (raakphoto.com) and any services booked through it.

Information I Collect

When you book a session: Your name, email address, phone number, and payment details are collected through ShootProof, my booking and gallery platform. I don’t store payment card information directly – that’s handled securely by ShootProof and their payment processor.

When you visit this site: Basic analytics data like pages viewed, referring site, and general location (city/region) may be collected through cookies. No personally identifiable information is gathered from casual browsing.

When you contact me: If you reach out via email or a contact form, I keep that correspondence to follow up and provide the service you’re requesting.

How I Use Your Information

Your information is used to book and deliver your photography session, communicate with you about scheduling and gallery delivery, and process payments. That’s it. I don’t sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Your Photos

Your images are delivered through a private, password-protected gallery on ShootProof. Gallery links expire after 60 days unless otherwise arranged. I retain copies of your edited images in my archive for reprints, portfolio use, and backup – unless you’ve requested otherwise per the session policies.

Third-Party Services

I use a few services to run my business that may process your data on my behalf:

ShootProof – booking, invoicing, and gallery delivery.
SiteGround – website hosting.
Google Analytics – anonymous site usage data.

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Cookies

This site uses basic cookies for site functionality and anonymous analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time – the site will still work fine.

Your Rights

You can ask me to see, update, or delete any personal information I have on file. Just send me an email and I’ll take care of it. If you’d like your images removed from my portfolio or social media, just let me know – no questions asked.

Children

I don’t knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Sessions with minors are booked by and communicated through their parent or guardian.
